* Recruited as interim Sr. Vice President – Business Development & Strategic Planning by startup consulting firm to develop and facilitate successful go-to-market business and strategic partnering strategies, both domestic and off-shore, with high profile software, carrier and consulting companies including Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, BEA Systems, Sun Microsystems, EMC, Dell, Cisco, Verizon, AT&T, Vodafone, British Telecom, Verizon, Sprint, Qwest, PWC, Accenture, KPMG, EDS, and Bearing Point, CapGemini, Deloitte.  Provided execution oriented planning and leadership services working with private equity firms, small- to mid-cap private companies, and corporations through strategic planning, due-diligence, merger, acquisition, and successful post-integration initiatives.
